Law-abiding Hamilton County residents can carry concealed weapons, the 1st Ohio District Court of Appeals decided Wednesday in a lawsuit challenging Ohio's ban on carrying hidden weapons. A three-judge panel unanimously called the Ohio statute vague and subjective in their opinion that the law is unconstitutional.
