JUNEAU, Alaska — A bill that would let people with concealed-weapon permits from other states also carry their guns in Alaska is headed to Gov. Tony Knowles desk. The Senate on Tuesday agreed with a change the House made Monday to Senate Bill 242, so the bill does not need to go to a conference committee.
