Taiwan Police Chief Commends Forceful Use of Firearms

TAIPEI, Taiwan -- National Police Agency (NPA, 警政署) Director-general Chen Kuo-en (陳國恩) yesterday called for forceful use of firearms when circumstances allow so, as to ensure public safety.
