SAN FRANCISCO, California — A state appeals court has upheld a decision barring a Dublin gun dealer from selling assault weapons after his permit was denied because he had sold unregistered and consigned firearms.
Voting 3-0, the California First District Court of Appeals let stand late last week a Contra Costa County judge's decision that supported an initial state Justice Department ruling denying Wayne E. Jackson's renewal application.
