A joint Queensland Police and Australian Federal Police (AFP) investigation has resulted in the seizure of more than 100 illegal firearms in search warrants across southeast Queensland. A total of five people have been charged as part of the investigation, codenamed Operation Lima Harrington, which began in September last year into the unlawful supply of firearms in Queensland.
