MANILA, Philippines - The Philippine National Police (PNP) reported yesterday that the licenses of over 610,000 firearms have already expired and the gun owners would face charges for illegal possession of firearms. Chief Inspector Nelson Bautista of the PNP Firearms and Explosives Office (FEO) said they have sent letters to gun holders with expired licenses to renew their firearm license.
