Raptors tickets may be hard to come by, but basketball fans can get a pair by handing over an illegal gun to police. The guns-for-tickets swap is part of a new five-part program aimed at getting guns off the streets of the city. It was announced yesterday by Toronto Police Chief Julian Fantino and Ontario Attorney-General David Young.
