PORT MORESBY — Papua New Guinea is hoping for a final plan that will see the removal of all firearms from the public. PNG's Minister for Bougainville, Sir Moi Avei, said the Bougainville Peace Agreement cannot be fully implemented unless all parties in the worn-torn province have complied with the weapons disposal plan.
