Gun Possession, Licensing Control Study in Netherlands Never Published

A study into gun ownership in the Netherlands showing inadequate supervision of gun permits was submitted to the justice ministry in August 2010, almost nine months before the Alphen aan den Rijn mall shooting in which seven people were killed.
