Hidden Handguns OK in Ohio Bars As Long As Gun Owner Doesn't Imbibe

COLUMBUS - Permitted Ohioans would be allowed to carry concealed firearms into bars and restaurants that sell alcohol as long as they're not imbibing, under legislation OK'd by the Ohio Senate April 13.
Substitute Senate Bill 17 passed on a final vote of 25-7 and heads to the Ohio House for further consideration.
