Crown attorneys in Ontario have dropped two criminal charges laid against Port Colborne resident Ian Thomson. Mr. Thomson, who had been involved in a yearslong dispute with a neighbour, was attacked at dawn one morning by masked men shouting death threats and hurling Molotov cocktails at his house.
