BURLINGTON - A 12-year-old boy has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder after his parents were found dead in his home earlier this week. No decision has been made if he will eventually be charged as an adult. Charles Long, 50, and his wife, Marilyn Long, 51, were found dead in their Burlington home on Tuesday evening.
