HOUSTON – A gun discharged and injured a woman after a man accidentally dropped it Thursday inside a northeast Houston restaurant, police said. The Derringer fell out of the coat pocket of a 66-year-old man at about 8:30 p.m. inside Raffa's Waterfront Grill on West Lake Houston Parkway, police said.
