Arizona Mass Shooting Prompts Lawmakers to Raise Security, Pack Heat

N.C. members of Congress said they're taking extra security precautions after a shooting that wounded an Arizona congresswoman and killed six others, and one said he intends to carry a gun.
Rep. Heath Shuler, a Democrat who represents the 11th District in western North Carolina, told Politico, a Capitol Hill newspaper, that he will begin carrying his gun more often.
