LORAIN — A Lorain man told police he had "made a poor decision by firing his gun on New Year's" and was arrested on several weapons charges, according to a Lorain police report. Michael White, 27, was held at gunpoint by police after he was the only one seen on Apple Avenue after the officer heard shots fired in the area.
