Greek Gun Hideouts 'Probed for Extremist Links' as Machine Guns Seized

ATHENS — Nine people have been arrested in Greece after police found a large haul of guns and explosives in hideouts in the capital and sought to determine links to extremist activity, officials said on Sunday.
Most of the suspects were arrested on Saturday after officers caught two armed men outside a garage in the Athens suburb of Nea Smyrni and subsequently found the arms and explosives cache inside, the police said.
