CARLISLE, Pennsylvania — Prosecutors said they'll seek the death penalty in the case of a former prison guard charged in the shooting death of a lawyer at a central Pennsylvania gun range. Raymond Franklin Peake III is being held without bail at the Cumberland County Prison.
