Gun Lobby and 'Terrified' US Congress Block Tracing to Catch Criminals

West Virginia contains the U.S. government's only law enforcement unit assigned to track guns used in crimes. But the National Tracing Center in Martinsburg is blocked from working effectively because too many members of Congress are terrified by right-to-bear-arms groups.
