NASHVILLE - A Nashville gun shop could lose its license to sell firearms after a federal judge ruled that the shop willfully violated the Gun Control Act. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives in 2008 notified the company of its intent to revoke the license of Gun City, which sells guns and has a gun range on Murfreesboro Road.
