Years of 'Reckless' Negligence Could Cost Nashville Gun Dealer's Licence

A federal judge has ruled against Nashville's Gun City USA, paving the way for federal firearms regulators to possibly yank its sales license.
The U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives tried to revoke the store's firearms sales license in 2008 after multiple repeat violations dating to 1999, mostly dealing with documentation of gun sales and repairs.
