Policeman Shoots Himself Training to Train Victoria Police on New Pistol

An elite police officer learning to teach colleagues how to handle the force's new semi-automatic pistol shot himself while reholstering it.
The 30-year-old water police officer fired a shot into his thigh at the Glen Waverley training academy yesterday, and had to be admitted to hospital.
