Strict Chicago Handgun Law Stirs Illinois Gun Owners, Dealers, Gun Lobby

Steve March, a gun buyer at Game Masters sporting goods store in Quincy, believes there is one good thing about a restrictive gun control ordinance that took effect in Chicago last Monday.
"It's got people talking about it again. It does kind of bring to light the absurdity of what they're trying to do up there," March said.
