Lawsuits and guns go hand in hand in America, as neatly as a Glock 9mm slides into a holster. Seemingly forever have Americans wrestled with the Second Amendment to the constitution, the 27-word clause contained in America's Bill of Rights that would appear on the face of it a relic of the 18th century.
