The Italy Cross man charged last week following an armed standoff at his home has been released from custody, but he's not allowed to see his wife and son. Danny Lawraine Tanner, 43, spent three nights in custody before the Crown agreed to his release June 23. Court documents specify that he must live at his daughter's home in Maitland and he's to have no contact with his wife and son. He must also stay clear of alcohol, drugs and firearms.
