A convicted felony drug dealer and wanted fugitive is in York County Prison, charged with illegally trying to buy a handgun at the York Expo Center. Joseph Vieira, 41, of 217 S. Hartley St. in York City, was arrested Saturday afternoon in the Toyota Arena, where the Tri County Gun Show was being held.
