Armed Robbers Target Bus Passengers, Smuggle Guns Into Kenyan Cities

NAIROBI — Three people were arrested on Sunday after they were found smuggling two guns and ammunition into the city.
Detectives from the Special Crime Prevention Unit led by Mr Richard Katola intercepted the bus from Kisumu and recovered a Browning automatic and Tokarev pistols with eleven rounds of ammunition. The bus had just arrived in the city from Kisumu when police acting on a tip-off arrested the men.
