Gov. Brad Henry, who just last week vetoed a measure that states firearms made and kept in Oklahoma are not subject to federal law, is being sent a similar measure. The House of Representatives on Wednesday passed House Bill 2994 by a vote of 81-14. The governor last week vetoed a similar measure, Senate Bill 1685. The Senate failed Wednesday to override the veto. Rep. John Enns, author of HB 2994, said his measure would apply only to guns made in Oklahoma. The guns... (GunPolicy.org)
