Missouri Businesses Lose Right to Ban Hidden Handguns on Their Property

JEFFERSON CITY, Missouri — Missouri businesses would have to allow properly licensed people to carry concealed guns in their parking lots under a bill approved by the House.
Businesses can currently choose to ban concealed weapons on their property.
House members approved the bill Thursday by a 113-40 vote. The legislation now goes to the Senate.
