EL PASO,Texas - Feuding Mexican drug cartels are receiving new weapons in large shipments from the El Paso area, ATF officials said Wednesday. It's a new trend fueled by a change in how the guns are being transported into Mexico, said Robert Champion, special agent for the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
