The father of the 24-year-old student police constable who died after being shot, allegedly by a fellow officer, on Sunday, says he cannot understand how his son could have been shot inside a police station. Police said that on Monday, Litha Maxengana and a 29-year-old colleague had been discussing a new firearm clip designed to prevent criminals from snatching guns, when a shot had been fired "accidentally".
