A bill that passed the state Senate last week asserts exemption from federal regulation for guns and ammunition manufactured, sold and used in Oklahoma. It is similar to one adopted by Montana last year. "Hopefully, it will do two things," said the bill's author, Sen. Randy Brogdon, R-Owasso.
