ISLAMABAD -- A Pakistan People's Party (PPP) worker was gunned down by political opponents at a polling station on Sunday, soon after polls closed for a vacant AJK Legislative Assembly seat. Captain (r) Tariq Mehmood was shot after Muslim Conference (MC) workers fired on PPP activists at the end of balloting for LA-40 Valley 5 at G-6/2 polling station.
