A veteran Royal Newfoundland Constabulary officer is facing two firearms charges after his gun was stolen from his parked car in mid-December. A lawyer for Sgt. Campbell Feehan, 47, was in provincial court in St. John's Tuesday morning to hear a judge lay one charge of careless use of a firearm and a second charge of failure to properly store a firearm.
