State Rep. Tim Bearden (R-Villa Rica) said Wednesday that he plans to introduce legislation to make extensive changes in Georgia's firearms laws. "Hearings on House Bill (HB) 615 will start Jan. 7," Bearden said. "We want to put everything on the table and bring everything to a starting point."
