CHARLESTON, West Virginia - A woman has been found guilty of first-degree murder in the shooting death of her estranged husband while he was in intensive care at a hospital. Fifty-four-year-old Rhonda Kay Stewart was convicted Friday in the June death of 56-year-old Sammy Stewart. He was being treated for pancreatitis at Charleston Area Medical Center Memorial Hospital.
