Shooting Sees Licensed Canadian Gun Owner Lose His 43 Guns - Again

Some Shelburne County residents are upset that more than 40 guns seized from a local man several years ago were returned to him this year. And they're also miffed that they weren't notified.
Now Michael Laurie Goulden, 49, of Carleton Village is charged with shooting an ATV rider in the back with a 12-gauge shotgun in his yard in the wee hours of Sunday morning. He was released on bail and returns to court next month.
