SHELBURNE — RCMP in southwestern Nova Scotia say a man is facing charges after the driver of an ATV was shot over the weekend. Michael Goulden, 49, of Carleton Village, near Shelburne, is charged with assault with a weapon, assault causing bodily harm, careless use of a firearm and pointing a firearm.
