California Passes Bill Allowing Guns to Be Seized in Domestic Violence

LOS ANGELES — California State Assembly passed a bill Thursday to allow law enforcement officers to seize weapons from the scene of domestic violence incidents or from individuals who pose an immediate threat to themselves.
