BLOEMFONTEIN — Police are intimidating South African gun owners and defrauding citizens of their lawful property, black firearm owners said on Thursday. Chairperson of the Black Gun Owners Association of South Africa (BGOASA), Abios Khoele, said the police had "legalised" theft and fraud.
