A 47-year-old man described as a "gun enthusiast" by his common-law wife was arrested by emergency response team officers at a remote cabin outside Nanaimo early Tuesday. Police also seized more than 20 weapons, including 16 long-barrel rifles and two crossbows as well as hundreds of rounds of ammunition from the rustic Second Lakes Road home.
