A bill aimed at reducing the risk of children getting shot by police cleared a state House of Representatives committee Thursday but some questioned whether it would do anything. House Bill 2160 by Rep. Fred Allen, D-Little Rock, would ban the sale of certain toy guns. The bill is called the "De Aunta Farrow Imitation Firearms Act."
