The owner of a defunct Buffalo pawn shop took a plea deal today in connection with a federal investigation into illegal gun trafficking at the store. Stefan Kary, 55, of West Seneca, pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of knowingly failing to maintain proper records on firearms transactions.
