BURLINGTON, Vermont — A Burlington teenager has been charged with recklessly firing an AK-47 at his North Avenue home. Police say Jesse Budnick, 19, was involved in a domestic situation with his brother at his house on North Avenue. Budnick told police after the fight, he cleaned his AK-47 because it helps calm him down, when it went off. Police have been unable to find the bullet.
