Oz Dad Left Loaded, Illegal Shotgun in Wardrobe: Son Shot, Killed Friend

The father of a boy who allegedly shot dead his friend during a sleepover had forgotten that he stored the loaded weapon in his wardrobe, a court has heard.
Fourteen-year-old Josef Cruickshank died from a single gunshot wound to the face on December 6, while staying at his friend's house on a rural property in Orangeville in Sydney's south-west.
His friend, also 14, has been charged with murder.
