DALLAS — A woman was slightly injured by a stray bullet that fell from the sky in downtown Dallas early New Year's morning and grazed her left shoulder, police said Friday. It was the only injury reported from the 1,564 calls of random gunfire Dallas police received from 11 p.m. Wednesday to 2 a.m. Thursday, Dallas Police Sgt. Gil Cerda said.
