MARYSVILLE — A 42-year-old man told police that he accidentally shot and killed his 6-year- old daughter Sunday after drinking double vodkas while cleaning guns. Stormy Peters was shot in the head and died after being flown to Seattle Children's hospital. Her father, Richard D.
