Amnesty Yields 1,589 'Freely Surrendered' Illegal Guns in Angola

ONDJIVA — At least 1,589 firearms of assorted calibers were freely surrendered to the National Police in Ondjiva, southern Cunene province, under the second phase of the National Campaign of Disarming of People in illegal Possession of Firearms.
The information was released to Angop by the coordinator of the sub-technical commission for disarming, Domingos Francisco Adão.
