The parents of a 2-year-old Griswold boy who accidentally killed himself with his father's loaded handgun were arrested Wednesday morning and charged with risk of injury to a minor. Jason Matteau, 27, and his wife Rebecca, 24, both surrendered at Troop E in Montville, where they were processed and released after posting $50,000 bonds, according to state police spokesman J.
