The owners of a pistol that was used to shoot dead a 15-year-old West Haven schoolboy have been charged with possessing an unlicensed firearm and not storing it safely. Joshua Astill was killed when playing with the pistol with a 15-year-old relative in the sleepy town near Port Macquarie on Wednesday.
