AMHERST TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A former assistant prosecutor in Lorain County has been upgraded to fair condition Monday after he was shot in the back while skeet shooting at a local gun club this weekend. It happened Saturday afternoon at the Sportsmen Gun and Reel Club in Amherst Township. Investigators say that Jonathan Rosenbaum, 54, was there with his son.
